Embrace a mindful and creative approach to the festive season! This workshop will deepen your connection with nature through the sensory practice of forest bathing. Participants will reflect on the role nature plays in our lives, inspiring festive creativity. You’ll then channel this inspiration into crafting a fresh, fragrant Christmas wreath, perfect for celebrating the holiday season. Tickets are €95 per person and include: 🌲 A peaceful and private space to relax and enjoy nature during the forest bathing experience ⭐️ Herbal tea with vegan, homemade cookies and gingerbread cake 🌲 Selection of fresh conifer foliage ⭐️ Seasonal botanical greenery 🌲 Floral elements for Christmas wreath decoration ⭐️ Florist accessories including wreath base and wires Date & Time: Friday 6th December Start at 10 am. Place: Trinity Botanic Gardens, 27 Palmerston Park Dartry, Dublin 6. The workshop can last up to 4 hrs (depending on the weather and group dynamics).
