Guided by Kamila, a botanist and forest bathing guide, and Anthea, a geologist and mountain leader, we’ll walk mindfully through landscapes bursting with life. Through gentle movement, deep observation, and moments of stillness, you’ll align with nature’s rhythm, breathe in the scent of spring, and feel the season’s energy lift your spirit.
