Forest Bathing Workshop for TCD Students

Service Description

The weekly session will help you to relax and spark your creativity in a most secret garden in Dublin! Each week's 2hrs long forest bathing session focuses on different aspects of our senses, making the workshop engaging and versatile. During the classes, students will have the opportunity to learn simple and effective nature-based relaxation techniques and explored the importance of nature in our wellbeing. The workshop can last up to 2 hrs (depending on the weather and group dynamics). Location of the workshop: Trinity College Botanic Gardens 27 Palmerston Park Dublin 6 The workshop is led by a certified forest bathing guide.
