Service Description

Celebrate the spirit of Saint Brigid and the renewal of spring with a peaceful and restorative experience. This special edition mindful hike invites you to connect with nature, reflect on renewal, and embrace the seasonal transition through your senses. On this guided walk, you’ll be encouraged to slow down, observe the landscape with fresh eyes, and align with the calming energy of early spring. Inspired by the themes of Brigid’s legacy, healing, creativity, and growth, we’ll incorporate moments of mindfulness and forest bathing to help you unwind and reconnect. The hike is led by Kamila, a botanist, forest bathing guide, and lowland leader, alongside Anthea from Nature Tales & Trails, a geologist and mountain leader. Together, they will guide you through a mindful exploration of the area’s flora, fauna, and geology, highlighting nature’s subtle signs of spring awakening. Details: Difficulty: Easy, with some gentle inclines Duration: Approximately 4-5 hours (depending on weather and group dynamics) Footwear: Ankle-supporting walking boots recommended This is a fully outdoor activity.
